If you’re wanting to get your items delivered to you before Christmas, please ensure that you place and pay for your order with enough time to allow for transit and any potential seasonal delays. Use the guide below to help you:
- With our Next Working Day service we recommend ordering by Wednesday 20th December to allow for any potential delays in the network.
- On the standard DHL Parcel service, we recommend placing your order by Monday 18th December, however orders placed on 19th December may still arrive before the weekend depending on your locality.
Whilst we endeavour to hand over parcels to the courier on time, there is a lot of additional volume in the network that can cause delays. Inclement weather at this time of year may also add to the time taken to get your item over to you, so always order as early as possible to avoid any disappointment.
We’ll be open right up to Friday 22nd December – any orders that are placed and paid for on this day will be dispatched on Wednesday 27th December when we re-open.
The store is also closed on Monday 1st Jan (New Years Day), so any orders placed from Friday 29th after 13:00 CET will be dispatched on Tuesday 2nd January 2018.
